Officiellement, le nom était le même que la huit soupapes d'origine Delta HF Integrale, bien qu'elle était différemment connu sous le nom Delta Integrale HF, "Deltone" et plus approprié sous "Super Delta". Ce choix commercial correspond à une réalité sportive incontestable. La Lancia HF Integrale est la première voiture de rallye réellement conçue en fonction du Groupe A, et pas seulement adaptée au réglement imposée il y a cinq ans.

Officially, the name was the same as the original height-valver Delta HF Integrale, although it was variously known as the Delta Integrale HF, as the "Deltona" and appropriately as the "Super Delta". This commercial choice corresponds to an inconstable sportive reality. The Lancia HF Integrale is the first rally car realy achieved in accordance with the Group A, and not only adapted to the rules imposed five years sooner.
